Rusatom Smart Utilities has received the name Rosatom Smart Utilities. The company’s charter with the new name was registered on April 18, 2024; earlier, the changes had been included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The full name in English: Rosatom Smart Utilities, Joint-Stock Company (RSU, JSC).

The renaming procedure of the legal entity – the division which accumulates ROSATOM’s expertise in the sphere of non-nuclear generation, digitalization of municipal and regional management, resource supply modernization and city environment development took place within the framework of transfer of the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM to the single brand.

“ROSATOM takes a comprehensive approach to implementation of sustainable development goals on its attended territory. Our company manages energy facilities in 16 regions of Russia. We renovate energy and public utilities infrastructure, improve reliability of heat and water supply and implement advanced technologies in the operation of the energy complex. Digital solutions of Rosatom Smart Utilities are applied in almost 200 cities from Murmansk to Sakhalin,” noted Kseniya Sukhotina, General Director of Rosatom Smart Utilities.

Earlier, the RF Government gave a permit to rename a number of ROSATOM’s companies. During 2024, 21 legal entities forming part of the management contour of the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM will change their corporate names.
